(August 5, 2025) In order to better serve the mental health and behavior support needs of children, adolescents, adults, and families in the region, Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education (Cultivate BHE) is pleased to announce the expansion and relocation of its Louisville Multi-Specialty Programs center to a larger, more accessible location.
The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) reports that 1 in 5 American adults and 1 in 6 kids between the ages of 6 and 17 suffer from a mental health issue each year. Millions of Americans suffer from mental illness each year, according to NAMI, which emphasizes the rising need for easily accessible, high-quality mental health treatment across the country.
People dealing with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues can get compassionate, evidence-based mental health therapy at Cultivate’s Louisville clinic. To deliver individualized services, including behavioral supports, targeted case management, individual/family therapy, and all-encompassing community support, their committed staff of licensed therapists, counselors, targeted case managers, community support associates, and behavior support specialists collaborate. They are experts in providing the care people require to recover and flourish while they are dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other issues.
Expanded therapy rooms and private offices that put comfort and recovery first are highlights of the recently moved clinic, which is located at 501 E Broadway, Ste 225, Louisville, KY, 40202. The team will be able to service more clients in the Louisville area and cut down on wait times thanks to the expanded capacity.
The shift to our new facility has the Cultivate Louisville team thrilled, according to Jarrod Peebles, LPCC, Clinical Manager of Cultivate BHE. We can continue to offer some of the greatest mental health services in Louisville and greatly increase our accessibility to community members with this new location in downtown Louisville.
Michael Foulk, Chief Operating Officer of Cultivate, stated, “This expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to making mental health care more accessible for individuals and families in the Louisville community.” We take pride in offering our clients a setting that promotes recovery, kinship, and sustained development.
Building solid relationships, offering individualized care, and fostering each person’s emotional and mental development are the cornerstones of Cultivate BHE’s goal. This move is in line with that goal and enhances the organization’s capacity to significantly improve the lives of Louisvillians and others.
