Press Release for 2 22s Vacation
I am very happy to announce that my new band, 2-22s (two twenty twos), will shortly release the first song off our debut full-length album, Vacation! To assist promote the digital release and live performance, I’m contacting you and other local media.
Vacation was first composed in a flash as a message to my incredibly dedicated and hardworking partner when she was struggling to take a few days off from work. Her chances of having a much-needed weekend break with her girls were being ruined by the stress of abandoning a crucial function while the workload piled on, as well as the guilt of asking for time off.I composed the song to assist her with unplugging, and it now speaks to anyone experiencing similar emotions. We are all trying our hardest to survive in these difficult times. I hope this song becomes your go-to summertime hit for the entire year.
