On Monday, June 23, 2025, Marvin David Bridegam, 89, of Columbia City, passed away.
He was born in Thorncreek Township, Indiana, on September 3, 1935. He married Ellen (Cunningham) Bridegam on April 30, 1958, and she is still alive.
In addition, he is survived by his sister, Irene Gagnon; sisters-in-law, Karen Bridegam, Columbia City; Karen Bridegam, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews; and children, Janet (Stephen) Shearer, Brian (Lynnette) Bridegam, Nancy Bridegam, Cindy (David) Wakeman, and Leon Bridegam; daughter-in-law, Debbie; twelve grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
The arrangements are being handled by Columbia City’s DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home.
