The city of Dayton and Dayton Schools are providing no-cost activities all summer, including the “Histories on the Square” event as part of their 2025 Summer Series.

Join the city for an assortment of programming, including yoga, concerts, entertainment, games, and more, all located in Dayton parks. This series invites community members of all ages to come together and embrace summer
and community.
The event
is free to the public and is held at Monument Park, 709 7th Avenue in Dayton.
The series is held on select Thursdays during the summer at 6 p.m.
- July 24th: The 1937 flood
- August 14th: Dayton’s treasures
- August 28th: The commercial district then and now
Dayton Heritage Museum Board Member Tina Neyer will host the series.
