The ribbon-cutting ceremony at Ella Oak Boutique, located at 4041 Alexandria Pike in Cold Spring, is scheduled for Saturday at 11 a.m.
Food, soft drinks, a grand opening giveaway (while supplies last), and the opportunity to win the grand opening prize are all available to shoppers.
The grand opening event will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.
