On Wednesday, November 12, the Kenton County Public Library’s Erlanger Branch (401 Kenton Lands Road, Erlanger, KY 41018) will host the 2025 HR Trifecta Strategic Leaders Conference, a half-day gathering for HR professionals and business leaders, in collaboration with NKY SHRM.
The half-day event, which runs from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., will include workshops that look at three areas that are essential to organizational success: hiring, developing people, and creating a winning culture.
An extensive conversation on successful hiring practices, including a review of previous outcomes to identify areas for development, will open the program. Following that, participants will explore how leaders can develop and assist their teams to make sure they are ready for any obstacles in the road. Sessions aimed at strengthening relationships among teams and promoting a cooperative and cohesive workplace culture will round off the day. Both SHRM and HRCI credits have been authorized for the program.
Strategy and action come together in the HR Trifecta. Nancy Spivey, Vice President of people Strategies for the NKY Chamber, stated, “Every year, we bring together top experts who provide practical, results-driven insights to help leaders attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.” With a focus on three revolutionary topics—talent development, recruitment, and creating a winning culture—this year’s program gives participants the skills they need to propel long-term success in their companies.
