Roann Mander Lee Prater, 64, passed away in Peru on Friday, June 27, 2025.
He was born in Warsaw on August 29, 1960. He married Luan K. (Rowe) Prater on June 7, 1980, and she is still alive.
In addition, he has eight grandchildren, a brother named Jeff (Kristi) Prater of Silver Lake, sisters Vanessa (JC) Sparks of Warsaw and Jill (Paul) Parker of Akron, and children Heather (Jason) George of Wapak, Ohio, Phillip (Andrea) Prater of Spring Lake, Mich., Stephanie (Micah) Archer of Roann, Anton Prater of Kentucky, Polina Prater of Frankfort, Germany, and Ekaterina (Cameron) Rose of Wabash.
Arrangements are being handled by McKee Mortuary in North Manchester.
